Return & Refund Policy

At KOSTCH (“we”, “us”, “our”), we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy governs all kitchen appliances purchased from [www.kostch.com], including electric range, gas range, dishwashers, refrigerators, range hoods, and other related equipment.
1. Eligibility for Returns
A product is eligible for return if all the following conditions are met:
- Purchased directly from KOSTCH.
- Return request submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Product is unused, in original packaging, with all manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and promotional items included.
- Product shows no signs of misuse, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-Returnable.
- Consumables or items with limited shelf life (e.g., filters, bulbs, cleaning agents), unless defective.
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
2. Initiating a Return
To start a return:

Subject: “Return Request – Order #[Order Number]” - Include:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
- Customer Support will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the product securely with the RMA number clearly displayed.
Products returned without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Non-Defective Returns: Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Defective or Damaged Items: We provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Carrier Issues: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items due to improper packaging or third-party shipping.
4. Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected:
- Full Refund: Issued if the product meets all return criteria.
- Partial Refund: May apply if the product is returned in less-than-original condition, missing parts, or damaged during return shipping.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For alternative payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer), processing time may vary.
- Delayed Refunds: If the original payment method is offline (bank transfer or check), additional processing time may be required.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items.
- Contact Customer Support to initiate an exchange.
- Shipping costs for exchanges follow the same rules as Section 3.
- If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
6. Warranty & Repairs
- Manufacturer warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship only.
- Warranty claims do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental or intentional damage
- Improper installation or use
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- To file a warranty claim:
- Provide proof of purchase
- Provide photos or videos of the defect
- Follow instructions in the warranty card or product manual
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted if the product has already shipped.
- Contact Customer Support immediately with your order number to request cancellation.
8. Shipping Damages
- Inspect your package upon delivery.
- For visible damage, refuse delivery or contact Customer Support immediately.
- Report concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep all packaging and damaged items for inspection.
- Items lost or damaged due to customer negligence during unpacking may not be eligible for refund.
9. Late or Missing Returns
- If a return is not received within 30 days from the RMA issuance date, it will be rejected.
- For delayed returns due to carrier issues, proof of shipment is required.
10. Limitation of Liability
- KOSTCH is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, shipping, or installation.
- This includes damages to property, injuries, or financial loss.
