Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard and express shipping options depending on your destination.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.

Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

We currently ship only within the United States.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states).
Unfortunately, we do not ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, overseas states, or military addresses at this time.

That means we do not deliver to:

APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
Alaska (AK)

Hawaii (HI)

Puerto Rico (PR)

Guam (GU)

U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)

If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you promptly.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
The tracking information will be available within 24–48 hours after shipment. The home page tracking order also will be available.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We cannot guarantee redelivery for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
