Return & Refund Policy

The following Returns & Refunds Policy ("Policy") applies to all products purchased directly from KOSTCH ("KOSTCH," "we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. Unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of KOSTCH, this Policy may not be modified.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been delivered. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept return requests submitted after this period.

To be eligible for a return, all products must meet the following conditions:

• Be returned in the original packaging. If the product was delivered on a pallet, it must also be returned on its original pallet.

• Be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition. 

To help us evaluate your request, our customer support team may ask you to provide photographs of the product. Clear photos showing the condition of the item and any reported issue are required for return authorization. If adequate photos are not provided, or if the submitted images do not clearly show the product and its condition, the return request may be declined.

Restocking Fees

All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee.

A restocking fee may also apply if a shipment is returned because it could not be delivered for reasons unrelated to KOSTCH, including customer-related delivery issues.

The applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

In certain situations, customers may also be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Cancellation of Shipped Orders

If an order is cancelled after it has already shipped, refused upon delivery, or returned because the customer was unavailable or failed to complete the delivery process, the order will be treated as a return.

Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund issued for the returned product.

Refusing delivery due to shipping damage will not be considered a standard return. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for instructions regarding damaged shipments.

Prices Are Final

Once an order is placed, the sale price for that item is final.

Prices are final and cannot be refunded or adjusted for any reason, including without limitation, due to future promotions or competing prices from any other distributor.

If you find the same product being sold for cheaper elsewhere or at a later date, we will not refund or credit the difference.

If the distributors/brands we work with run promotions from time to time, we cannot refund or credit you the difference between your purchase price and any promotional price offered by the distributor/brand.

Non-Returnable Products

Without limiting any other provisions of this Policy, the following products are not eligible for return:

• Products that have been modified or altered in any way.

• Products that are not in resalable condition.

• Products returned without a valid order number.

• Products not returned in their original packaging (or original pallet, if applicable), or without sufficient protective packaging for safe transportation. 

Parts

Replacement parts are generally not eligible for exchange.

Any exception will be made solely at the discretion of KOSTCH.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged during shipment, please refer to our Shipping Policy for instructions on reporting shipping damage and submitting a claim.

Warranty

All products are covered by a three (3) year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers functional issues that arise under normal use and does not cover normal wear and tear.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by our warehouse, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed.
